Introduction
This specification refers to GB/T 6495.1-1996 "Photovoltaic devices - Part 1. Measurement of photovoltaic current - voltage characteristics Quot; IEC 60904-1.:2006 & quot; Optoelectronic device first part. measurement of photovoltaic current-voltage characteristics & quot; (Photo-voltaicdevices-Part 1. Measurementofphotovoltaiccurrent-voltagecharacteristics) Related regulations.
To meet the domestic PV industry photovoltaic device performance measurement needs, according to JJF 1071-2010 and JJF 1059.1, this specification on the basis of GB/T 6495.1-1996 and IEC 60904-1.:2006, the following content.
--- clear the solar cell photoelectric performance calibration of the specific method (see 7.2);
- an example of the uncertainty of calibration results (see Appendix C);
--- clear the requirements of the calibration result page format (see 8).
This specification is the first release.
