Introduction
This specification to JJF 1071 "national measurement calibration standard preparation rules", JJF 1001 "general measurement terminology and set "JJF 1059.1" Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Representation "and JJF 1094" Evaluation of Measuring Instruments " Series of norms to develop.
This specification is the first release.
Standard for Calibration of Non - Contact Distance Tachometers
1 Scope
This specification applies to non-contact trenches with photoelectric velocity sensors as measuring units (hereinafter referred to as Calibration from the tachometer).
2 reference file
This specification refers to the following documents.
Standard Terminology and Definitions for JJF 1001 Evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty in JJF 1059.1 for dated references, only the dated edition applies to this specification; references that are not dated , The latest version (including all modifications) applies to this specification.
3 Overview
The distance measuring instrument is used to measure the distance and speed of the motor vehicle. Mainly by the measurement control unit, optoelectronics Speed sensor, display unit, mounting bracket composed of four parts, ranging from the structure of the tachometer shown in Figure 1.
Fig.1 Schematic diagram of the structure of the distance measuring instrument
Mounting bracket The photoelectric speed sensor is mounted on the vehicle and the light emitted by the sensor is irradiated to the ground.
After the control unit is processed, the distance and speed of the motor vehicle are obtained.
4 measurement characteristics 4.1 speed Measuring range. (10 ~ 250) km/h;
Resolution. 0.01km/h;
Indication error. ± 0.2%.
4.2 Distance
Resolution. 0.01m;
Indication error. ± 0.2%.
Note. All of the above indicators are not used for qualifying, only reference.
