Introduction

In order to standardize the energy efficiency measurement and inspection of copiers, printers and fax machines that implement energy efficiency label management this standard is formulated in accordance with the requirements of JJF 1261.1-2017 "Energy Efficiency Measurement and Measurement Rules".

This specification replaces JJF 1261.13-2014 and JJF 1261.17-2015, and JJF 1261.13-2014 and Compared with JJF 1261.17-2015, except for editorial changes, the main changes are as follows.

---Specification name by "copier energy efficiency labeling measurement rules" and "copiers, printers and faxes "Energy efficiency labeling and measurement rules" was changed to "copier, printer and fax machine energy efficiency measurement and inspection regulations" then";

--- "5.1 Energy Efficiency Labeling" to increase "energy efficiency information code" and "energy efficiency 'leader' information", etc.

Claim;

--- The original record format and test report format are modified accordingly (Appendix C and Appendix D).

The previous versions of this specification were released as follows.

---JJF 1261.13-2014;

---JJF 1261.17-2015.

Copiers, printers and fax machines Energy efficiency measurement and inspection rules

1 Scope

This specification is applicable to normal work, standard format, general purpose copying under 220V, 50Hz power supply.

Machine, printer, fax machine, multifunction machine (hereinafter referred to as product) energy efficiency measurement requirements, test strip Parts, measurement methods, measurement results evaluation criteria and test reports.

This specification does not apply to the following products.

a) products powered only by data interfaces (such as USB, IEEE1394, etc.);

b) products with a digital receiving front end (DFE);

c) products with an output speed of 70 pages/min or more;

d) A dot matrix printer with a number of print heads greater than 48.

This specification is applicable to the supervision and inspection of energy efficiency measurement of products. The commissioned inspection can be carried out with reference to this specification. Production and sales Units that sell products can also be tested according to this specification.

Copiers, printers, fax machines, and all-in-ones that are tested shall be products that are self-tested by the manufacturer.

Or it is a product that the seller imports or sells.
