Introduction

This specification is based on JJF 1071-2010 "National Measurement and Calibration Specification Writing Rules", JJF 1001-2011 "General Measurement Terms and Definitions", JJF 1059.1-2012 "Assessment and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty" as the basis and basis revised:

Compared with JJF 1175-2007 "Calibration Specifications for Test Sieves", except for editorial modifications, the main technical changes as follows:

---Introduction added;

---Deleted the "sieve hole size between the maximum size (w X) and the number of sieve holes between the middle size (w Z) Quantity" calibration item;

--- Deleted the "Basic Size Determination" calibration item;

--- Modified the calibration method of "maximum size of sieve hole" and "average size of sieve hole";

---Modified the "Uncertainty assessment of the measurement results of the mesh size of the wire mesh test sieve";

--- Move the metrological characteristics of the test sieve to Appendix A;

---Delete the technical requirement "Intermediate deviation in the mesh size deviation of the wire mesh test sieve";

--- Added the technical requirements of "Maximum standard deviation of wire mesh test sieve mesh size":

Test sieves are mainly used for particle size analysis and sieving tests on granular materials: Wire woven mesh test sieve is shown in Figure 1 the metal perforated plate test sieve is shown in Figure 2: The arrangement of the test sieve holes is shown in Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figure 5:
