Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces JG 3056-1999 "digital bond strength tester." Compared with JG 3056-1999, the main technical changes as follows.

--- The original standard Chapter 3 "Definitions, Symbols" to Chapter 3 "Terms and Definitions" and Chapter 4 "Symbols" (see Chapter 3, paragraph 4 chapters);

--- Add "is pulled media" definition;

--- The original standard "veneer" is changed to "be pulled media" to expand the "adhesion" "bond strength" definition of the limitations apply to other Medium (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.3);

--- Increase the square standard block size 100mm × 100mm × 8mm (see 3.6.1);

--- Remove "maximum manual oil pump discharge" (see Table 1);

--- "Manual pump maximum pressure = 8.5MPa" to "the maximum test force = 10kN" (see Table 1);

--- The DC voltage "17.5V" changed to "the DC power supply voltage should be 12V, for 5V, 6V, 9V; small voltage range at 5% "(see 6.1.2);

--- Change "minimum resolution unit 0.01kN" to "minimum tension unit 0.001kN" (see 6.4);

--- The "loading device performance" in the "load indication should not exceed the range of 0.2% of the load range of the detector" is changed to "change in load indication the moving range should not exceed 0.1% of the detector loading range (see 6.7.2) ";

--- "20 °C ± 50 °C" to "-10 °C ~ 50 °C" (see 7.1.1);

--- Add test equipment "steel ruler" "electronic scale" "roughness measuring instrument" (see Appendix A).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the number of explicit bond strength tester terms and definitions, symbols, code and markings, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, Logo, packaging, shipping and storage.

This standard applies to construction projects are pulling medium and bonding layer interface bond strength testing with digital display of bond strength detector.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
