Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard is the revision of JG 3042-1997 "epoxy coated steel", compared with the main technical changes JG 3042-1997 are as follows.
--- Range increased galvanized epoxy coated steel;
--- Increased the classification of epoxy coated steel;
--- Increasing the requirements of epoxy resin powder;
--- Increasing the requirements of zinc alloy;
--- For the steel surface purification quality of the technical indicators to the residual amount of iron oxide surface cleanliness of the project, an increase of surface contamination Item
--- For the coated steel coating, an increase of galvanized epoxy coating steel galvanized epoxy coating related technical indicators, an increase of wet attachment Strength, electrical strength, volume resistivity and other technical indicators and related test methods; improve the cathode peeling, impact resistance and other technical means Standard; revised chemical resistance test method;
--- For the coating repair material, eliminating the cathode peeling, coating bendability, coating steel bond strength, wear resistance and impact test Technical indicators, an increase of containers in the state of technical indicators, modified resistance to chloride permeability, salt spray resistance and chemical resistance Technical indicators, and modify the corresponding test methods;
--- For the coated steel, an increase of galvanized epoxy-coated steel related technical indicators; improve the coating continuity, and concrete relative viscosity the strength of the technical indicators; increased appearance, porosity, coating adhesion indicators and related test methods; modified coating thickness technology Indicators and test methods of relative bond strength between coated steel bar and concrete;
--- Modify the test classification, group rules, factory inspection items and type test items.
This standard proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Standard and Design Institute.
This standard by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Construction Building Standardization Technical Committee centralized.
