Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is JG/T 3045.2-1998 "steel doors and windows electrostatic spraying coating technical conditions" amendment. In addition to editorial changes, this standard and JG/T 3045.2-1998 main technical changes are as follows.

--- Added "terms and definitions" (see 3);

--- Deleted the description of the basic requirements of steel doors and windows and steel doors and windows surface pretreatment of the relevant provisions of the description (see 1998 version 3.1.1 and 3.1.2);

--- Remove the steel door and window surface pretreatment within 24h electrostatic powder coating of the provisions of the description (see 1998 version 3.1.3);

--- Removed the specified description of thermosetting pure polyester powder or acrylic powder coating with excellent weatherability (see 1998 Version 3.1.4);

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods and inspection rules of steel doors and windows powder electrostatic spraying coating.

This standard applies to the construction of steel outer door with thermosetting powder coating.
