Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is a revision of JG/T 271-2010 "Building Structural Adhesives for Steel Reinforcement". JG/T 271-2010 Abolished from the date of implementation. Compared with JG/T 271-2010, the main technical changes of this standard are as follows.

--- Modified the environmental performance requirements of viscous steel glue (see 5.1);

--- Modified the mechanical performance index requirements of the steel-bonded steel adhesive for concrete-based adhesive steel (see 5.4);

--- Increase the mechanical performance index requirements for steel adhesives with steel as the base material (see 5.4);

--- Modified the situation of type inspection (see 7.1.2).

This standard was proposed by the Standard Quota Research Institute of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Technical Committee for Building Maintenance and Reinforcement and Real Estate Standardization of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

1 Scope

This standard stipulates the terms and definitions, classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspections, etc.

Inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard is applicable to building structural adhesives for the reinforcement of concrete structures and steel structures.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Scratch coating reinforced structural adhesive scratchingstrengtheningstructuraladhesive Adhesive steel glue used in scrape coating process is applied on the surface of concrete and steel.

Groutingstrengtheningstructuraladhesive Adhesive steel glue used in the injection process is adopted between the gap between concrete and steel, steel and steel.
