1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking, material and structure, requirements, test methods, aluminum column airfoil radiator (hereinafter referred to as "heat sink"), Inspection rules, signs, instructions for use and certification, packaging, transportation and storage.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

A heat sink formed by a combination of an aluminum wing column tube and an upper and lower header tube.

Nominal heat dissipation the measured value of the sample is converted into heat dissipation when the length (L) is 1000 mm.
