JB/T 9809.1-2013 is the English-translated version of 孵化机第1部分：技术条件.

JB/T 9809.1-2013 is the first part of a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on incubators, and it is the part that carries the technical requirements. It gives the model designation of the machine, the technical requirements and the inspection rules, and then the provisions for marking, packaging and storage. The machines covered are poultry incubators that run mainly on electricity, hatchers included. It replaces JB/T 9809.1-1999. It quotes GB/T 2828.1 and GB/T 13306, and it is classified B92 in the Chinese system and 65.040.10 in the international one.
