JB/T 9603-2013 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 17 October 2013 and has been in force since 1 March 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9603-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the blades of electric planers. It gives the types and sizes of the blade, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the basic requirements for marking and packaging. The blades covered are those of AC/DC single-phase series-motor electric planers. It replaces JB/T 9603-1999. It quotes GB/T 230.1, GB/T 700-2006, GB/T 1184-1996, GB/T 1299-2000, GB/T 2828.1-2012 and GB/T 9943-2008.
