1 Foreword

JB/T 9478.9-2013 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9478.9-1999.

It is one of 23 parts of the JB/T 9478 series.

2 Scope

This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on measuring methods of photocells, and Part 9 is the one on the spectral response characteristic. It lays down the basic method to be observed when the spectral response of a photocell is measured, and it applies to measurements of that characteristic. It replaces JB/T 9478.9-1999, which appeared under the title Measuring methods of photocell - Spectral response characteristic. It quotes JB/T 9478.1 and JB/T 9478.8-2013. The part is filed under L54 in the Chinese classification and 19.020 in the international one.
