1 Foreword

JB/T 8810.1-2016 was issued by MIIT on 15 January 2016 and has been in force since 1 June 2016.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8810.1-1998.

It is one of 5 parts of the JB/T 8810 series.

2 Scope

This standard is the first part of a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on grease lubrication pumps, and it deals with electric lubrication pumps of the 40 MPa class. It fixes the types, the basic parameters and the dimensions, and then the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage. It applies to electric lubrication pumps that feed grease into a centralised lubrication system at a nominal pressure of 40 MPa. It replaces JB/T 8810.1-1998. It quotes JB/T 5000.12 and JB/T 5000.13, and it carries the Chinese classification J21 and the international classification 21.260.
