JB/T 8575-2016 was issued by MIIT on 5 April 2016 and has been in force since 1 September 2016.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8575-2007, JB/T 8575-1997.

2 Scope

JB/T 8575-2016 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on tea panning machines. It sets terms and definitions, the types and basic parameters, the technical requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, and it goes on to marking, packaging, transport and storage. It applies to the panning machine used in the primary processing of green tea, and machines of other kinds may follow it as well. It replaces JB/T 8575-2007. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 2828.1-2012, GB/T 3768, GB/T 3785.1-2010, GB 5226.1, GB/T 8304-2013, GB 10396, GB 23821, JB/T 5673, JB/T 7863 and JB/T 8574.
