JB/T 8522-2014 was issued by MIIT on 9 July 2014 and has been in force since 1 November 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8522-1997.
2 Scope
This standard is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for thin oil lubrication units. It sets out the types of these units together with their basic parameters and their dimensions, so that equipment of the same rating can be specified on a common basis. The standard is written for the thin oil lubrication systems and the circulating oil lubrication systems fitted to machinery and industrial plant.
