JB/T 8126.8-2017 was issued by MIIT on 7 November 2017 and has been in force since 1 April 2018.
It is one of 12 parts of the JB/T 8126 series.
2 Scope
This standard is the eighth part of the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on cooling water pumps for internal combustion engines, and it is devoted to variable flow pumps. It gives the terms and definitions for the variable flow centrifugal cooling water pump assembly, the technical requirements it has to satisfy, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
