JB/T 7791-2014 is the English-translated version of 照相机日期后背技术条件.

JB/T 7791-2014 is a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry that sets the technical requirements and the test methods for the electronic date back of a camera. It is written for date backs with an LCD display and a resonance frequency of 32768 Hz fitted to small cameras for civilian use. The Chinese classification is N46 and the international classification 37.040.10. Its test provisions rest on JB/T 8250.4, JB/T 8250.5, JB/T 8250.6 and JB/T 8250.9. It takes over from JB/T 7791-1995. Issued on 6 May 2014, it has applied since 1 October 2014.
