JB/T 7129-2008 is the English-translated version of 米电阻连续测试方法.

JB/T 7129-2008 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard describing a continuous test method for resistance per metre. It sets the terms and definitions, the test equipment, the requirements on specimens, the test procedure, the calculation and the content of the test report, all for solid metal conductors of uniform cross-sectional area. Its field is the continuous measurement of per-metre resistance within the range from 1 x 10^-5 ohm to 2 x 10^3 ohm, on resistance alloys and electrical heating alloys, and the method can also be used for other solid metal conductors.
