JB/T 6762-2017 was issued by MIIT on 7 November 2017 and has been in force since 1 April 2018.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 6762-2004, JB/T 6762-1993.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry on flameproof submersible motor-pumps for mines, the sewage pumps that work immersed in mine water. It fixes the types and basic parameters of these explosion-protected units, together with their technical requirements. It also lays down the inspection rules and the test methods, and the way the pumps are marked and packed.
