JB/T 2944.2-2010 was issued by MIIT on 14 May 2010 and has been in force since 1 October 2010.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 2944.2-1996.

It is one of 4 parts of the JB/T 2944 series.

2 Scope

JB/T 2944.2-2010 is Part 2 of the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on vertical copying moulding machines for woodworking, the part given to accuracy. It specifies the geometric accuracy and working accuracy requirements, and the methods of testing them, for machines with a table width of 800 mm to 1250 mm. Its field of application is the vertical universal wood model milling machine of that working surface width. The part replaces the 1996 edition, JB/T 2944.2-1996. It is classified as J65 in the Chinese scheme and 79.120.10 in the international one, with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as issuing agency.
