2 Scope

This standard is the second part of the Chinese machinery industry standard on machine tool spindle interfaces for high-speed tool shanks, and it deals with the non-rotating spindle. It sets the technical requirements for the connection between a non-rotating machine tool spindle and a hollow taper shank of the HSK type with a flange contact surface, covering the interface types and mounting dimensions, the marking, the heat treatment, the appearance, the mating surface, the clamping and the static rigidity. The part applies to the spindle interface of high-speed numerically controlled machine tools used for turning or milling. It quotes GB/T 13574-1992, GB/T 19449.3-2013, GB/T 19449.4-2013 and GB/T 25375-2010.
