JB/T 13639.1-2019 is the accuracy testing part of the Chinese machinery industry standard on single column vertical lathes with a moving table. It sets out the checks on geometric accuracy, working accuracy, axis positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy, together with the tolerances that go with each of them.
The part is written for general-purpose and numerically controlled single column vertical lathes of the movable table type whose maximum turning diameter runs from 2500 mm to 5000 mm.
It is a modified adoption of ISO 3655-1986, and quotes GB/T 17421.1-1998 and GB/T 17421.2-2016. Issued on 2 May 2019, it has applied since 1 January 2020.
