Scope

JB/T 13589.1-2019 is the English-translated version of 龙门加工中心第1部分：龙门固定式机床精度检验.

The machines it addresses are general-purpose fixed-gantry machining centres with a worktable surface width of 1000 mm to 5000 mm, called machine tools in the text.

2 Scope

JB/T 13589.1-2019, a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard, deals with accuracy testing on portal-type machining centres of the fixed-portal design. It fixes the requirements, the inspection methods and the tolerances for geometric accuracy, positioning accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy and working accuracy. The machines it addresses are general-purpose fixed-gantry machining centres with a worktable surface width of 1000 mm to 5000 mm, called machine tools in the text. Its annexes carry the checks further, to right-angle milling heads in Annex A and to pallet exchange accuracy in Annex B, where such equipment is used with the machine. Testing is carried out together with GB/T 17421.1-1998, GB/T 17421.2-2016 and GB/T 19660-2005.
