JB/T 12750-2015 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for wire and cable delivery drums built from plywood. Terms and definitions, the types of drum, the technical requirements, the inspection rules, the conditions for use and storage and the marking are all laid down.

The drums in scope are those of multi-layer board and laminated veneer construction, used to deliver wire and cable products and recovered for reuse once the cable has been taken off.

Drums with a flange diameter of more than 2500 mm are outside the scope, as are drums for winding wire. The Chinese classification is J83 and the international classification 55.200. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 18259, GB/T 20241 and JB/T 8137.1.
