JB/T 12103-2014 is the English-translated version of 剪板机可靠性评定方法.

JB/T 12103-2014 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard setting out the method for evaluating the reliability of shears. It specifies how reliability is verified and measured, how faults are classified and judged, and how samples are taken for assessment. The testing programme and test methods are laid down, along with fault detection, data collection and the reliability assessment indicators used to reach a result. GB/T 14404, GB 24389, GB 28240 and JB/T 5197 are cited in its text. It supersedes JB/T 50116-1998 and carries classifications J62 and 25.120.10. Issued on 9 July 2014, it has applied since 1 November 2014.
