1 Foreword

JB/T 11613-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.

2 Scope

JB/T 11613-2013 is a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry on rolling bearings, and within them on the needle roller bearings used in the starting motors of petrol and diesel engines. The bearings concerned are drawn cup needle roller bearings without an inner ring. For these the standard gives the classification, the designation method, the structural types and the dimensions, and it goes on to technical requirements. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 307.2-2005, GB/T 309-2000, GB/T 2828.1-2012, GB/T 5213-2008, GB/T 18254-2002 and JB/T 1255-2001. The Chinese classification is J11 and the international classification 21.100.20.
