JB/T 11439-2013 is a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry that sets out how the reliability of choppers, the machines used to cut chaff, is assessed. It defines the terms used, classifies the faults, states the principle followed in diagnosing them, and gives the test methods, the reliability indices and the rules for deciding whether a machine passes. Its field of application is reliability testing of disc and drum type machines. The standard supersedes JB/T 51022-1999. It is classified B93 in the Chinese system and 65.060.99 internationally, and among the standards it quotes are GB 7681-2008, JB/T 5171 and JB/T 9707.
