JB/T 11173-2011 is the English-translated version of 数控回转工作台.
JB/T 11173-2011 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for numerically controlled rotary tables, called the table throughout the text. It sets out the types and parameters, the accuracy tests, the technical requirements, the inspection provisions and the rules for marking, packaging and the documents supplied with the table.
It is written for tables whose continuous rotary indexing element is a worm drive, and it states that rectangular tables may also be made by reference to it. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 158-1996, GB 4208-2008, GB/T 16769-2008, GB/T 17421.1-1998, JB/T 3207-2005 and JB/T 9935-2001.
The table carries the classification J52 in China and 25.060.20 internationally.
