JB/T 11021-2010 was issued by MIIT on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that specifies high chromium forged steel back-up rolls for the mills working ferrous and non-ferrous metal plate, cold strip, hot rolled product and heavy plate. It covers one-piece high chromium forgings with a chromium content of 3 to 5.5 percent and a roll body diameter of 1000 mm or more, and sets their ordering requirements, manufacturing process, technical requirements, inspection rules, test methods and quality certificate.
