JB/T 10949-2010 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for class H prepregs used in dry-type transformers. It covers the classification and naming of the product, the requirements it must satisfy, the test methods, the inspection, and the provisions for packaging, labelling, storage and transportation. The material covered is B-stage prepreg obtained by impregnating a flexible composite of polyimide film and aromatic polyamide fibre paper, or another flexible composite with a temperature index above 180, with heat-resistant resin and then baking it.
