(1) Strengthen the recycling and process application of low-concentration process wastewater such as cooling water and flushing water;

(2) When flushing tanks, tanks, tanks, jars, bottles and other equipment, containers and pipelines, "small, multiple" flushing methods or countercurrent bleaching should be used.

Washing method

(3) Acidic waste liquid and alkaline waste liquid with high concentration shall be collected and disposed of separately, and no impact discharge shall be formed;

(4) Using the acidity and alkalinity between the acidic process wastewater and the alkaline process wastewater as much as possible to achieve the natural neutralization of the wastewater and to form after mixing the pH of the integrated wastewater meets the system influent requirements.

6.1.3 Take separate measures for the treatment and treatment of wastewater from organic waste reduction to control the influent water quality of the integrated wastewater treatment system.

(1) Solid and semi-solid contaminants containing a large amount of solid matter (waste, yeast) should be collected and recycled separately;

(2) Process wastewater with high concentration and resource recovery value should be collected separately and preferentially recycled;

(3) Process wastewater with higher concentration but no resource recovery value and exceeding the water inflow requirements of the integrated wastewater centralized treatment system should be collected separately.

Treatment of pollution load reduction should be carried out before mixing into integrated wastewater;

(4) The tail water produced by the recycling treatment, if the concentration of pollutants is still high, should be pre-treated and then mixed into the integrated wastewater for centralized treatment;

(5) Process wastewater that meets the water inflow requirements of the integrated wastewater centralized treatment system should be directly mixed into the integrated wastewater for centralized treatment;

(6) Acidic and alkaline washing water should be used preferentially for pH adjustment of integrated wastewater, or after mixing and mixing into comprehensive wastewater for concentration.
