volatile organic compounds (VOCs) Organic compounds participating in atmospheric photochemical reactions, or organic compounds determined according to relevant regulations.
This standard uses non-methane total hydrocarbons as the characterization index of volatile organic compound emissions.
nonmethane hydrocarbons (NMHC) the sum of gaseous organic compounds other than methane for which the hydrogen flame ionization detector responds, using the specified monitoring method, as carbon mass concentration meter.
4 General requirements for self-monitoring
The pollutant discharging unit should find out the pollution source, pollutant index and potential environmental impact of the unit, formulate a monitoring plan, set up and maintain monitoring facilities, carry out self-monitoring in accordance with the monitoring plan, do a good job in quality assurance and quality control, record and save monitoring information, and disclose it to the public in accordance with the law Monitoring results.
5 Development of monitoring plan
5.1 Wastewater discharge monitoring
The wastewater discharge monitoring points, monitoring indicators and minimum monitoring frequency of sewage discharge units shall be implemented in accordance with Table 1.
6 Information recording and reporting
6.1 Information records
6.1.1 Monitoring information record
Manual monitoring records and automatic monitoring operation and maintenance records are implemented in accordance with HJ 819.The authenticity and accuracy of the automatic monitoring data by the sewage unit Responsible for the abnormal data transmission should be reported in a timely manner, and implemented in accordance with national standards or automatic monitoring data abnormality marking rules.
6.1.2 Information record of the operation status of production and pollution control facilities
6.1.2.1 General provisions
The pollutant discharging unit shall record the operation status of production and pollution control facilities in detail, and shall also refer to 6.1.2.2~6.1.2.5 and HJ 1031 in daily production Record relevant information and organize it into a ledger for future reference.
6.1.2.2 Production Health Record
According to the classification of process production units and production lines, and according to the specific conditions of each pollutant discharge unit, select and record the following relevant information.
a) The amount of raw and auxiliary materials, mainly including the amount of raw materials, the amount of various coatings, the amount of various solvents, the amount of adsorbents, and the amount of other auxiliary materials Wait;
b) Product output, record the product output of each process and other key indicators by production unit;
c) Fresh water intake, water consumption, electricity consumption, fuel consumption, etc.;
d) Operation and use records of main production equipment and facilities, etc.
6.1.2.3 Records of the operation status of wastewater pollution control facilities
Record the amount of sewage treatment, the amount of return water, the amount of sewage discharged, the amount of sludge produced and the moisture content, and the name of the chemicals used in sewage treatment by shift Record the operation, failure and maintenance of sewage treatment facilities.
6.1.2.4 Records of operating status of waste gas pollution control facilities
Record the names and quantities of consumables such as adsorbents and filter materials used in waste gas treatment according to the replacement batches, and record the operating parameters of waste gas treatment facilities.
number, faults and maintenance.
