HJ 1031-2019 — 1 Scope of application this standard stipulates the requirements for the application and issuance of the discharge permit for the discharge unit of the electronic industry, and the determination of the allowable emission limit.

Environmental accounting and compliance determination methods, as well as environmental management requirements such as self-monitoring, environmental management ledgers, and discharge permit execution reports, the feasible technical requirements for pollution prevention and control of electronic industry sewage disposal units are put forward.

This standard is applicable to guide the discharge of pollutants in the electronics industry in the country.

Licensing requirements. This standard is applicable to the discharge permit management of atmospheric pollutants and water pollutants discharged by the discharge unit of the electronic industry.
