HG/T 4950-2016 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for anti-glare hard-coated polyethylene terephthalate film intended for indium tin oxide coating, also called ITO anti-glare polyester hardened film. It describes the structure of the product, the requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, and covers marking, packaging, storage and transport. The film it applies to is made by putting an anti-glare hardening coating on a PET film, for use in the conductive films of touch screens. Its testing is taken from ASTM D374, ASTM D1003, ASTM D1204, ASTM D3359, ASTM D3363, JIS K7136 and JIS K7361, while GB/T 191 and GB/T 25255 are also quoted. Issued on 15 January 2016, it has applied since 1 July 2016.
