HG/T 4854-2015 is the English-translated version of 常温氧化铁脱硫剂化学成分分析方法.

HG/T 4854-2015 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard that sets out the analytical methods for the chemical composition of ambient-temperature iron oxide desulfurizers. It describes how the mass fractions of iron oxide, silica, sodium oxide, potassium oxide, calcium oxide and magnesium oxide are determined, together with the loss on ignition. The methods cover the iron oxide desulfurizers used across the chemical industry to remove hydrogen sulfide from feed gas under normal temperature conditions. The standard quotes GB/T 601, GB/T 603, GB/T 6003.1, GB/T 6679 and GB/T 6682. Issued on 14 July 2015, it has applied since 1 January 2016.
