HG/T 4611-2026 is the English-translated version of 载重轮胎再生橡胶.

HG/T 4611-2026 is the chemical industry product standard for reclaimed rubber made from truck tyres. Reclaimed rubber is scrap tyre rubber that has been processed so that it can be mixed into new rubber compounds again, and this document defines the requirements that apply to the material when it is produced from truck tyres.

The standard is used by reclaimed rubber producers, rubber product manufacturers who buy and compound the material, and testing laboratories that check it on delivery. It is a voluntary standard, as the /T in its code shows. It was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued on 13 February 2026 and takes effect on 1 September 2026. It replaces HG/T 4611-2014.
