The text fixes the requirements and the test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport, storage and safety clauses for the product. It applies to material produced by ozone oxidation of animal and vegetable oleic acid, with the formula C9H18O2 and a relative molecular mass of 158.24 referred to the 2007 international relative atomic masses.
