1 Foreword

HG/T 4441-2012 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 28 December 2012 and has been in force since 1 June 2013.

2 Scope

Penetrating agents for textile dyeing and finishing are covered by HG/T 4441-2012, a recommended chemical industry standard of China. It fixes the requirements for the auxiliary and sets out the test methods, the inspection rules and the rules for marking, labeling, packaging, transport and storage. The products within its scope are the penetrating agents supplied as textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries. It quotes GB/T 6682, GB/T 8170, FZ/T 13002-2005, HG/T 4266-2011 and HG/T 4267-2011. The Chinese classification G70 and the international classification 71.100.40 apply to it.
