HG/T 3967-2007 is the English-translated version of 荧光增白剂MST-H（C.I.荧光增白剂353）.
HG/T 3967-2007 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for fluorescent whitening agent MST-H, the brightener indexed as C.I. Fluorescent Brightener 353. It fixes the requirements for the product and sets out sampling, test methods and inspection rules, together with the provisions for marks, labels, packaging, transport and storage. It is used for the quality inspection of MST-H, a product applied mainly to the whitening of paper, cotton fibre and fabrics. The standard carries the Chinese classification G57 and the international groups 71.100.01 and 87.060.10, and it quotes GB/T 1250-1989, GB/T 2374, GB/T 2381-2006, GB/T 2386-2006, GB/T 6678-2003, GB/T 6682, GB 19601 and GB 20814. Issued on 20 July 2007, it has applied since 1 January 2008.
