HG/T 3912-2006 is the English-translated version of 内置式安全止流底阀技术条件.

HG/T 3912-2006 sets the technical specification for internal safety flow-stop bottom valves, as a recommended standard of the Chinese chemical industry. It gives the general technical requirements for these tank-bottom valves fitted inside storage equipment, together with the test methods, the inspection rules, the marking and the delivery requirements. It applies to the internal safety bottom valves of the various vessels used to store chemical liquids, including road tankers and rail tank cars, for working temperatures from -50 °C to 200 °C and working pressures up to 2.5 MPa. Its long list of quoted documents includes GB/T 1220, the GB/T 9113 flange series, GB/T 12220, GB/T 12228, GB/T 13927-1992, JB/T 4730, JB/T 6697-1993 and the HG 20592 to HG 20626 flange documents.
