Scope
HG/T 3788-2013 is the English-translated version of 工业氯化亚砜.
HG/T 3788-2013 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for thionyl chloride of industrial grade. It fixes the requirements for the product together with the test methods, the inspection rules, the marking, labels, packaging, transport and storage, and the safety provisions. It applies to industrial thionyl chloride, the product being supplied as a chlorinating agent. Density is taken by the method of GB/T 615-2006, GB 190 and GB/T 191-2008 govern the dangerous goods and transport marks, GB 15258 the chemical safety label and GB 18564 the road tank vehicles, while GB/T 6678, GB/T 6682-2008 and GB/T 8170 cover sampling, laboratory water and the rounding of results. It replaces HG/T 3788-2005. Issued on 17 October 2013, it has applied since 1 March 2014.
