Penetrating agent JFC is the subject of HG/T 3511-2013, a recommended standard of the Chinese chemical industry covering this surface-active product. The determinations are run against GB/T 5559-2010, GB/T 6368-2008, GB/T 9282.1-2008 and HG/T 2575-1994. The 1999 edition, HG/T 3511-1999, is withdrawn and replaced by this text. Issued on 17 October 2013, it has applied since 1 March 2014.
