HG/T 2973-2017 is the English-translated version of 工业用二甲胺.
HG/T 2973-2017 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for dimethylamine of industrial grade. Requirements, test methods and inspection rules are laid down, and the standard also states how the product is marked, packed, transported, stored and handled safely. Both anhydrous dimethylamine and the 40% aqueous dimethylamine solution are within its scope. It carries the Chinese classification G17. The documents it quotes are GB 190, GB 5100, GB/T 6678, GB/T 6680, GB/T 8170, GB 18191 and GB/T 30303-2013. It supersedes HG/T 2973-1999. Issued on 7 July 2017, it has applied since 1 January 2018.
