HG/T 21608-2012 is the English-translated version of 液体装卸臂工程技术要求.

HG/T 21608-2012 is the Chinese chemical industry standard setting the engineering technical requirements for liquid loading arms. It covers arms of nominal rating CL150 and CL300 or PN2.5 through PN63, for design temperatures between -196 °C and 250 °C. The equipment is used to load and unload a range of petrochemical liquids to and from road tank trucks, rail tank cars and tank vessels. Its design and fabrication refer to national standards including GB 146-1983, GB/T 700-2006, GB/T 985.1-2008, GB/T 3766-2001, GB 3836.1-2000, GB 5044-1985 and GB/T 7935-2005. It replaces HG/T 21608-1996. Issued on 24 May 2012, it has applied since 1 November 2012.
