Scope

HG/T 2140-2015 is the English-translated version of 搪玻璃异径法兰.

HG/T 2140-2015 is a recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for glass-lined reducing flanges, pipe fittings whose body carries a vitreous enamel lining. It gives the types, basic parameters and main dimensions of the fitting, its technical requirements, and the rules for works documents, packaging, transport and storage. It applies to glass-lined reducing flanges with a nominal pressure of not more than PN10 and a design temperature above -20 °C and up to 200 °C. GB/T 1804, GB/T 5782, GB/T 6170, GB 25025 and HG/T 20592 are quoted in the text. It supersedes HG/T 2140-2009. Issued on 14 July 2015, it has applied since 1 January 2016.
