This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009:

This standard replaces GH/T 1066-2010 "Technical Regulations for Cotton Bale Information Collection":

Compared with GH/T 1066-2010, the main technical changes of this standard are as follows:

---Modified the terms and definitions of "cotton bale information" (see 3.1,:2010 edition 3:1);

---Added terms and definitions related to "cotton bale quality information" (see 3.3);

---Modified the cotton bale information collection process (see 5.1 picture 1,:2010 version 5:1 picture 1);

---Added the technical requirements of "cotton bale information collection" (see 5.2);

---Added the technical requirements of "cotton bale processing information collector" (see 5.3:4);

--- Deleted the "network data transmission equipment" provisions (see the:2010 edition 5:3:6);

---Added the technical requirements of "Barcode Information Management System for Cotton Processing Enterprises" (see 5.4);

---Modified the "power supply voltage adaptability requirements" (see 6.5,:2010 edition 6:6);

--- Deleted the "personnel" requirement (see Chapter 7 of the:2010 edition);

--- Deleted the "output of cotton bale information" content (see Chapter 8 of the:2010 edition):
