Scope

GB/Z 41305.7-2023 is the English-translated version of 环境条件 电子设备振动和冲击 第7部分:利用旋翼飞机运输.

GB/Z 41305.7-2023 forms Part 7 of the Chinese series on vibration and shock environments for electrotechnical equipment, and is identical to IEC TR 62131-7:2020.

It reviews dynamic data measured while equipment is carried by rotary wing aircraft, chiefly vibration on the cargo floor of the Boeing CH-47 in straight flight, hover, transition and autorotation, shocks when suspended loads are set down, and supplementary data from other helicopters.

The quality of each data source is assessed under the validation process of IEC TR 62131-1, sources are checked against each other, and an environment description with derived test severities is drawn up.

That description is then set against IEC 60721 and against test levels in MIL-STD-810G, AECTP 400, DEF STAN 00-35 and RTCA DO-160. The document defines no terms. It was issued on 28 December 2023.

Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document is Part 7 of GB /Z 41305 "Vibration and Shock of Electronic Equipment under Environmental Conditions". GB /Z 41305 has been released with Lower part.

---Part 1. Validation process of kinetic data;

---Part 2. Storage and handling of equipment;

---Part 7. Transport by rotorcraft.

This document is equivalent to IEC TR62131-7:2020 "Environmental conditions vibration and shock of electronic equipment Part 7. Flying with rotors "Aircraft Transportation", the document type was adjusted from IEC 's technical report to my country's national standardization guiding technical document.

Introduction

GB /Z 41305 "Vibration and Shock of Electronic Equipment under Environmental Conditions" first establishes the three stages and accuracy of the dynamic data verification process. principles, and then applied to the review of dynamic data under conditions such as fixed-wing jet aircraft, rail vehicles, road vehicles, handling, etc:, and form an environment conditions and compared with data in IEC 60721 (all parts). This series of standards is planned to consist of 8 parts.

---Part 1. Validation process of kinetic data. The purpose is to establish the three stages of the kinetic data validation process and their criteria.

---Part 2. Storage and handling of equipment. The purpose is to review the kinetic data available during the handling of electronic equipment and formulate Description of the environment and comparison with data in IEC 60721 (all parts).

---Part 3. Transportation using rail vehicles. The purpose is to review the dynamics of electronic equipment available under rail vehicle transport conditions The data form an environmental description and are compared with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts).

---Part 4. Transportation by road vehicles. The purpose is to review the dynamics of electronic equipment available under road vehicle transport conditions The data form an environmental description and are compared with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts).

---Part 5. Transportation by fixed-wing jet aircraft. The purpose is to review the transport conditions available on fixed-wing jet aircraft The electronic device dynamics data are used to form an environmental description and compared with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts).

---Part 6. Transport by propeller aircraft. The purpose is to review the electronic equipment available under propeller-driven aircraft transport conditions.

Prepare kinetic data to form an environmental description and compare it with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts).

---Part 7. Transport by rotorcraft. The purpose is to review the dynamics of electronic equipment available under rotorcraft transport conditions The data form an environmental description and are compared with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts).

---Part 8. Transportation by ship. The purpose is to review the dynamic data of electronic equipment obtained under ship transportation conditions to form a loop Environmental description and comparison with data in IEC 60721 (all parts).

1 Scope

This document evaluates the dynamic data obtained during the transport of electronic equipment by a rotary-wing aircraft (helicopter). The aim is to draw conclusions from all available data.

An environment description is generated and compared with IEC 60721 (all parts) [5] 1).

For each identified data source, data quality has been assessed and checked for self-consistency. Data quality checks and various Data source classification is implemented in accordance with IEC TR62131-1 [9].

This document primarily sets out data extracted from a number of different sources, with a degree of confidence in the quality and validity of the data.

The document also gives some data whose quality and validity cannot be verified in practice. These data are given to verify data from other sources.

The use of such data in the following chapters is clearly marked.

This document covers data from a range of data collection efforts, the quantity and quality of which vary with the range of conditions covered. Hua Da.

Not all validated data are available in electronic form, and for comparison purposes many of the raw (non-electronic) data are presented in this document. Perform manual digitization.

4 Data sources and quality

4.1 Vibration of Boeing CH-47 helicopter

A large amount of vibration data measurement work for the Boeing CH-472 helicopter has been completed. References [14] and [15] give typical examples. type measurement results. Much measurement work has focused on the vibration response of airborne cargo, passengers and crew. However, the reference The measurements in Reference [14] and Reference [15] were developed specifically to characterize the vibration response within the payload area of the cargo bay floor of a rotorcraft.

1) Numbers in square brackets are references.

2) Boeing CH-47 helicopter is the trade name of a product of Boeing Company. This information is provided for the convenience of users of this document and does not constitute any endorsement by IEC of this product. Product recognition.

The Boeing CH-47 helicopter was first put into use in 1961. It is a dual-rotor, dual-engine heavy-duty helicopter. Although it is as Designed for military use, but many commercial models exist. These models are widely used for transporting large or heavy-duty equipment and for moving cargo Delivery to places that are difficult to reach by other means of transportation. There are many different models of Boeing CH-47 helicopters, including Chinook, Boeing 234, Boeing Type 414, etc. Of course, the appearance of different names indicates modifications based on the original ones. Specific rotorcraft used in survey work Most of the aircraft are improved models of Boeing CH-47 helicopters. The two rotors of these aircraft are composed of three blades, and the rotor speed is […]
