Scope
GB/Z 41305.6-2026 is the English-translated version of 环境条件 电子设备振动和冲击 第6部分:利用螺旋桨式飞机运输.
GB/Z 41305.6-2026 is a guiding technical document that assembles the vibration and shock data recorded when electrotechnical equipment is carried by propeller aircraft.
It draws on a 1989 comparison of four types, the piston-engined Britten-Norman Islander, the BAe Jetstream 100, the BAe HS748 and the Lockheed C130 Hercules, and adds flight vibration and landing shock measurements from the C130, the C160, the C130J and the Airbus A400M, reported as total root mean square severities and spectra for takeoff, climb, cruise and landing.
Each data source is assessed for quality and internal consistency following IEC TR 62131-1, and the resulting environmental description and derived test severities are compared with IEC 60721.
It has no normative references and defines no terms. Identical to IEC TR 62131-6:2017, it was issued on 4 January 2026.

Foreword
This document is a standard or guiding technical document.
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting.
This document is Part 6 of GB /Z 41305 "Environmental conditions - Vibration and shock of electronic equipment". GB /Z 41305 has been published as follows..
---Part 1: The Validation Process of Dynamic Data;
---Part 2: Storage and Handling of Equipment;
---Part 3: Transportation by Rail Vehicles;
---Part 6: Transportation using propeller aircraft;
---Part 7: Transportation using rotary-wing aircraft.
This document is equivalent to IEC TR62131-6:2017 "Environmental conditions - Vibration and shock of electronic equipment - Part 6: Using propellers".
The document type of "Aircraft Transportation" has been changed from an IEC technical report to a national standardization guidance technical document of my country.
Introduction
GB /Z 41305 "Environmental Conditions - Vibration and Shock of Electronic Equipment" first establishes three stages and a standard for the verification process of dynamic data.
Then, the dynamic data are applied to fixed-wing jet aircraft, railway vehicles, road vehicles, and transportation conditions for review, forming environmental conditions.
The components are compared with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts). GB /Z 41305 is proposed to consist of 8 parts.
---Part 1: The Validation Process of Dynamic Data. The aim is to establish the three stages and criteria for the validation process of dynamic data.
---Part 2: Storage and Handling of Equipment. The purpose is to review the kinetic data available during the handling of electronic equipment and to formulate... The environment is described and compared with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts).
---Part 3: Transportation by Rail Vehicle. The aim is to examine the dynamics of electronic equipment available under rail vehicle transportation conditions.
The data forms an environmental description and is compared with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts).
---Part 4: Transportation by Road Vehicles. The aim is to examine the dynamics of electronic equipment available under road vehicle transportation conditions.
The data forms an environmental description and is compared with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts).
---Part 5: Transportation using fixed-wing jet aircraft. The purpose is to examine the availability of transportation under fixed-wing jet aircraft conditions.
The dynamics data of electronic equipment are used to form an environmental description and compared with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts).
---Part 6: Transportation by Propeller Aircraft. The purpose is to examine the electronic equipment available under propeller-driven aircraft transportation conditions.
Prepare dynamic data, form an environmental description, and compare it with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts).
---Part 7: Transportation by Rotorcraft. The aim is to examine the dynamics of electronic equipment available under rotorcraft transportation conditions.
The data forms an environmental description and is compared with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts).
---Part 8: Utilization of Ship Transport. The aim is to examine the dynamic data of electronic equipment obtained under ship transport conditions and to form a loop.
The environment is described and compared with the data in IEC 60721 (all parts).
1 Scope
This document presents dynamic data obtained from transporting electronic equipment using a propeller-driven aircraft. Its purpose is to extract dynamic data from all available data.
The environmental description is compared with IEC 60721 (all parts) [1].
For each identified data source, this document assesses data quality and checks its consistency. Data quality checks and data sources.
The classification shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of IEC TR62131-1[8].
Commercial names of aircraft developed by British Aerospace and Lockheed Martin. This information is provided for the convenience of users of this document and does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.
This document primarily lists data extracted from multiple different sources, and the quality and validity of this data are considered reliable to a certain extent.
The document also provides some data whose quality and validity cannot be practically verified. This data is provided to validate data from other sources.
All instances of this type of data used in the chapters have been clearly labeled.
This document covers data from a series of data collection activities. The amount and quality of the collected data varied significantly, and the coverage conditions were also diverse.
It is related to its width.
Not all verification data was provided electronically. For ease of comparison, some raw (non-electronic) data was manually verified. Electronic processing.
2 Normative references
This document has no normative references.
3 Terms and Definitions
This document does not contain any terms or definitions that need to be defined.
4 Data source and quality
4.1 Vibration Investigation of Four Different Propeller Aircraft
Charles compared the vibration sources of four different propeller-driven aircraft in 1989 (see reference [13]), aiming to provide a basis for the analysis of propeller-driven aircraft vibration sources.
The guidelines for machine vibration establish basic data.
The vibration investigation report included four aircraft types. Britton Norman Islander, BAE Systems Jetstream 100, and BAE Systems... The company's HS748 and Lockheed (Hercules) C1302). It should be noted that the vibration data for the first three aircraft were specifically compiled for this purpose in 1988.
The data was collected for this research project, while vibration data for the Lockheed C130 aircraft was collected during other flight missions in 1985.Lockheed The vibration data for the C130 aircraft are correlated with other data in this document. Basic information for each aircraft type is as follows.
---The Britton-Norman Islander is a light, twin-engine aircraft equipped with a piston engine that drives a two-bladed variable-pitch propeller.
