Scope
GB/Z 41270.6-2026 is the English-translated version of 航空电子过程管理 大气辐射影响 第6部分:极端空间天气对航空电子设备环境和电子设备的潜在影响.
GB/Z 41270.6-2026 is the Chinese standard "Process management for avionics - Atmospheric radiation effects - Part 6: Potential impacts of extreme space weather on the avionics environment and electronic equipment".
Its scope clause reads: This document aims to provide information to enhance our understanding of extreme space weather events, detailing the impact of a significant increase in solar surface activity.
The mechanism and conditions that generate extreme space weather (ESW) were investigated, and the potential radiation environment was inferred based on ESW records.
This document does not detail solutions for ESW incidents. The risks associated with the ESW environment extend far beyond electronic devices. The problem involves many other factors, such as human safety, therefore this document does not detail potential specific methods or mitigation measures.
The contents of the following documents, through normative references within the text, constitute essential provisions of this document. Dated citations are not included.
For references to documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies.
This document. GB/T 34956-2017 Guidelines for the design of avionics equipment protected against single-event effects caused by atmospheric radiation (IEC 62396-1) 2016, IDT). Its clauses include terms and definitions.
