1 Scope

This document establishes the technical framework for artificial intelligence computing power platforms and specifies the general technical requirements for the platforms, including the computing power foundation layer and platform services.

The system is divided into a service layer, a model enablement layer, and an industry application layer, and the general technical requirements for each layer are specified.

This document is applicable to guiding the construction and sharing of computing power platforms when artificial intelligence empowers industries.
